Private Yoga Instruction
At Voice Hands Heart, we are passionate about teaching the beautiful practice of yoga to everyone we meet. Both yoga teachers ourselves, yoga has enriched our lives in such powerful ways.
At Voice Hands Heart, we offer private sessions to beginner yoga students who are interested in learning how yoga can support their physical and mental health. In private sessions, we help clients create individual yoga routines to strengthen their body, calm anxiety, or recover from injury.
Interested clients do not need to have any prior experience or physical fitness level. We believe yoga is for every BODY and we would love to support you through instruction of physical asana poses, a guided restorative practice, guided meditation & breathwork, mantra & principles of yogic philosophy.
In addition to providing individual sessions, we regularly host community yoga events. Check our event page for information regarding upcoming yoga events. Finally, if you represent a company who would benefit from adding yoga in your workplace, please reach out.
